Once we start a project, we will ensure that the project targets are clearly documented. We will ensure that everyone involved has a clear picture about what we are going to do. This will – in most of the cases - be followed by a status analysis of the present situation. Once the base for our work is documented properly we will start to define possible targets or outcome scenarios which will be discussed in workgroups. This enables you to implement the desired changes very easy at a later point in time, as all parties involved are prepared for the new process. We always use state of the art methods to predict the outcome of the new procedures and to generate a measurable base for any amortization calculation. Once an agreeable approach is found, we will start to implement the changes. Our main focus will always be on the change management, hence ensuring a soft launch. As soon as the new process is in place, we will measure & check once again in order to verify the success of the whole endeavor. Your success is our job.
